Q: DOES IT INCLUDE...?
A: Sorry, if it is not shown or stated in the auction, it does not.
Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY... (OTHER ITEMS OR PARTS)?
A: Not now, but check future auctions for parts availability. We only sell by auction.
Q: WILL YOU END THE AUCTION EARLY OR ADD A BUY IT NOW?
A: Sorry, no.


Q: HOW MUCH TO SHIP TO MY ZIP CODE?
A: If you are in one of the 48 US Continental States, please reread the auction. The shipping fees are already there.
Q: CAN I PICK THIS ITEM UP?
A: Pickup is ok on items that cost $25 or more to ship.


Q: CAN YOU EMAIL ME MORE PICTURES OF THE ITEM?
A: Due to our enormous workload, we cannot.
We do guarantee the description.


RETURN POLICY:


1. A return can only be made if:
There is a MAJOR error with the description (at seller discretion).


2. Seller must be notified by email of the error and that you are returning
the item within THREE BUSINESS DAYS after receipt of item AND
if return is approved, item should be in our possession no more than 3
weeks after end of auction.


a. Include self-addressed stamped envelope.
b. Include the address seller provides along with the phone number
c. Items must be received by me in the SAME CONDITION in which
it was sent.


If shipped via US Mail, we must be notified of problem within TEN DAYS of
OUR ship date AND if return approved, it must be in our possession within
3 weeks of end of auction.


We will not refund for any express or international shipping you might
have opted for.
We do not insure international or US Mail, but we do pack well; check the feedback.


WE MAY NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES
(at seller discretion)


ITEMS SENT AFTER SEVEN DAYS MAY BE FORFEITED (at seller's discretion).


Items returned without authorization will not receive a refund and will be
forfeited.


By bidding, you understand that my items are generally used and it is
impossible to describe every single flaw, but we try our best to
accurately describe any flaws and show good pictures reflecting any damage.


DAMAGED GOODS AND CLAIMS:


1. You must notify us first if you believe there is damage to your item.


2. If your item is damaged, it is your responsibility to determine if it was damaged
in shipping and the BUYER MUST FILE ALL PAPERWORK related
to the US Mail damage claim (may not apply).
